A Helping Hand Reiki

Welcome to A Helping Hand Reiki! Whether you receive energy work regularly or you've heard a lot about Reiki, I'm glad we've found each other. I am a sixth generation Usui Reiki Master with a passion for helping others. Reiki practitioners work to assist the recipient in balancing and restoring the chakras, or energy centers, located throughout the body. The delivery of reiki promotes the body’s natural healing ability on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Reiki treatments have been incorporated into facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation and wellness centers to address issues with physical health, mental health, substance abuse, and addiction.
