Reiki can address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Physically, Reiki can be an aid to physical pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, nursing moms, and both pre-op and post-op surgery.
Mentally, Reiki can be used to support accomplishing goals, changing behaviors or habits, and addiction.
In a session working on the emotional body, Reiki can address trauma, stress, anger, ADD/ADHD, OCD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
Spiritually, Reiki may allow you to feel more connected to yourself and others. Reiki, like qi and prana, is a sacred energy that can help you to unlock many doors.
Who can receive reiki?
Adults of all ages, children, babies, and pets can receive reiki. Reiki can be delivered in a seated position or while you are lying down. Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian present for the entirety of the session.
What are the benefits of several sessions?
Just like exercise or meditation, the effects of Reiki are cumulative. While one session can work wonders, regular Reiki treatments can nurture your own body's well-being in many ways.

Sessions are by appointment only. Please contact me for availability.
Payment
Payment is due prior to the beginning of the session. I accept cash or you can pay directly on my site.
I do not accept insurance. You may, however, be able to use your flex spending account (FSA). Please check with the administrator of your account to validate whether Reiki expenses are eligible for reimbursement.
